Facts: 4,000 SF, $3 Million, concessions and retail space for Snarf’s Sandwiches, Breckenridge Brewery, Brother’s BBQ, and CNBC. The space was carefully designed to provide a comfortable environment for DEN travelers to relax, with different seating options, from soft club style seating, to large community tables with charging stations. High quality, durable materials coupled with custom lighting invite guests to step away from the stress of travel.
Of Interest: The project included close coordination with DEN Guidelines and Standards, as well as their rigorous BIM requirements. We leveraged knowledge of DEN’s design philosophies and approval process to secure Design Review Committee approval in record time. We also worked hand in hand with each brand to ensure that atmosphere and ideology was being translated to their space, and maximize functional efficiency within the limited space
