Director of Planning

Dave Clark has more than 30 years of planning and urban design experience in the public and private sectors. As CooverClark’ director of planning, Clark has led projects for a wide range of commercial facilities, including airports, rental car facility consolidations and university and municipal land-use projects. His background includes comprehensive planning, facility planning, economic development, citizen participation strategies and land-use development. Clark served as the project manager for a ground transportation center at Memphis International Airport and as principal planner and project manager for consolidated rental car facilities for Kansas City International Airport, Anchorage International Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
