Director of Engineering
Gary Coover has more than three decades of civil engineering experience in the public and private sectors, with extensive experience in governmental, institutional, military, industrial, commercial and residential projects.
His experience includes planning, project management, design/build, supervision, inspection, commercial and residential site development. He has also spearheaded watershed master planning projects, water plant expansions, sanitary sewer rehabilitations, commuter rail feasibility studies and historic preservation projects.
Coover is responsible for civil design and quality assurance/quality control for CooverClark for governmental, municipal, military and aviation projects. Prior to joining the firm, Coover was vice president of the Benham Companies and was formerly the city engineer in Fayetteville, Ark.
