Dave Clark, AICP

Mr. Clark has more than 40 years of planning and urban design experience in the public and private sectors.  As CooverClark's Director of Planning since 1991, Mr. Clark leads planning efforts for a wide range of project types including master plans, facility plans, site selection studies, feasibility plans plus land planning for military, municipal and university facilities. His background includes comprehensive planning, facility planning, economic development, citizen participation strategies and land use development.  Mr. Clark has developed Design Guidelines for public and private agencies and represented numerous clients before Planning Commissions and City Councils.

Prior to joining CooverClark, Mr. Clark was the Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of Lakewood, Colorado and for the City of Norman, Oklahoma.

Dave enjoys golf, hiking, reading almost anything, and being with family.
