Facts: 15,000 SF, $4.3 Million, accommodating a variety of transit-oriented uses including administrative facilities, ticket sales and support, and an addition to the existing university bookstore, café and convenience store expansions.  It also serves as a drop-off and waiting area for 10 connecting bus stop locations that service the CSU Campus and the Fort Collins community. 

Of Interest: Green Building integration with CSU’s Institute for the Built Environment to achieve the first LEED Gold Certification on campus.  Innovation points were achieved through student education during the process and in permanent displays.
